1. Historical Pre-Booking Period

Prior to our official platform launch on 20 October 2026, all pre-booking submissions via WhatsApp (+91-9621334233) were strictly exploratory reservations and expressions of interest. Zero fees or payment transactions were collected on this public website during that phase.

2. Live ₹99 Lifetime Membership Plan Policy

Participants enrolling in the platform activate their ₹99 Lifetime Membership ID (customer payable ₹89 after the immediate ₹10 Direct Discount applied at ID purchase, or ₹89 per bulk inventory ID for sponsors). Because of our transparent, automated allocation structure, all participants are advised of the economic distribution before joining:

• Immediate Network Allocation: When a membership is activated, the ₹89 allocation base is immediately distributed to the respective pools:
  • 70% (₹62.30) to the Level Reward Pool across the 5×5 upline hierarchy.
  • 10% (₹8.90) into the communal Education Fund.
  • 10% (₹8.90) into the communal House Fund.
  • 10% (₹8.90) into the internal NOVEMAX Core System Management Fund.
• Non-Reversibility of Distributed Funds: Once funds have been automatically disbursed and allocated to community peers, education reserves, and housing assistance pools, activated memberships are non-refundable.

3. Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions

If a technical glitch occurs during onboarding resulting in duplicate charges for a single user account, the duplicate charge will be fully investigated and refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days upon verification.
